SugarLab AI Review: Images, Video and Chat on One Token Balance

SugarLab AI is a browser-based AI porn generator: realistic and anime images, short videos and an AI chat, all paid from one token balance. You can try it free with daily tokens that expire at midnight, but chat stops after 5 messages until you subscribe. SugarLab doesn’t show its subscription prices before you log in; in the site’s code, token packs start at €15.99 for 750 tokens. The best thing about it is the refund rule: 7 days, as long as you’ve used no more than 200 tokens. It suits people who mainly want images and like to fine-tune them; it’s weaker as a pure chat app.

What SugarLab is

SugarLab’s help center describes it as an AI porn generator that also helps “AI OFM creators”, people who run AI-model accounts on creator platforms, make content, with chat for those who want a girlfriend-style experience. You can sell what you make: the help center says “you paid for it so you can sell it”, naming Fanvue as an example.

The company is AI Labs B.V., registered in the Netherlands (KVK 93569629), in Knegsel. Dutch law and courts apply (Terms, section 15).

SugarLab pricing: what’s public and what isn’t

SugarLab has no public pricing page: plans and prices appear only in the app after you sign up. What I could confirm:

Subscriptions: monthly or annual, paid by card or crypto (Terms, section 10). A subscription gives unlimited chat and a monthly token allowance for images, video and voice notes. The site’s code shows a 25% discount on yearly plans.
Token packs (from the site’s code): 750 tokens for €15.99, 1,750 for €29.99, 8,000 for €109.99.
A third-party directory lists SugarLab “from $8.99/mo”; I couldn’t confirm that on SugarLab’s own pages.

SugarLab’s help center warns that banks treat it as a “high risk business”, so some payments take longer to clear. If your tokens haven’t arrived after 24 hours, contact support.

What you get for free

Daily sign-in tokens: you claim them each day, and they expire at midnight. They don’t stack, so you can’t save them up. The help center adds: “If you come each day your first generation is on us.”
Chat: after 5 messages, the chat sends you to the payment page (Terms, section 10).

What you can make

Images

According to SugarLab’s introduction in the help center:

Realistic model (V2.1): SugarLab’s in-house model for photorealistic adult images.
Legacy model: the older model, still offered for “influencer style” images.
Anime model: a separate model with many styles.
Tag library and prompts: you build images from tags (body, hair, outfit, pose, setting, lighting and so on) plus a text prompt and an optional negative prompt. “Pro” settings add seed, steps and “creativity” controls.
Remix and upscale: make variations of an image you like, or upscale it to fix flaws.

Characters that stay consistent

You can create a character (face plus tags) and reuse it across images. SugarLab keeps the face consistent with what it calls “faceswap”, which only works with characters created inside SugarLab:

Essential: applied during generation, “70-85% accurate”, handles expressive and explicit scenes better.
Enhanced: applied after generation, “85-95% accurate”, more realistic faces but struggles with some explicit scenes.

You can’t import outside photos. The help center says this is “due to compliance and regulations”, to prevent “non-consensual deepfakes or CSAM”.

Video

Videos are built from “scenes”: small add-on models that each teach the AI one action. You pick a scene and write a prompt focused on the movement. The help center has prompt templates for each scene.

Chat

You can chat with ready-made or custom characters by text and voice notes, and ask for images in the chat. On the free plan, chat stops after 5 messages.

Refunds and cancelling: read this before you pay

Refunds: you can ask within 7 days of payment, as long as you’ve used no more than 200 tokens (Terms, section 12.4). After that, there’s no refund.
To cancel: open the side menu → Settings → “membership settings” → “cancel membership”, then pick a reason. Premium stays active until the end of the billing period, and your creations stay in your account (Terms, sections 12.1–12.2).
Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Deleting your account: Settings → “Delete account” → “Delete forever”. There’s a grace period before the account is gone for good.

Privacy and safety

What they keep: the privacy policy (last revised 31 January 2024) says personal data is usually kept for six years after you stop using SugarLab.
What they do with it: used to provide and improve the service; SugarLab says it doesn’t sell, trade or transfer personal data without consent, except as the policy describes. The policy doesn’t say whether your prompts or chats train its models.
Your content licence: your chats and prompts stay yours, but the Terms give SugarLab a worldwide licence to use, copy and publicly display them, consistent with the privacy policy. You can end it by deleting your input or your account, unless it has already been used in commercial or sponsored content (Terms, section 4).
Content rules: the Blocked Content Policy and Underage Usage Policy ban any content involving minors or resembling minors, non-consensual content and impersonation of real people. A moderation filter based on SugarLab’s own language model checks chats and prompts, with manual review of flagged content.
Scope of this review: some category labels lean on age-related themes, and I don’t cover any feature for making images of real people, since that requires their consent; I only cover adult, original characters here, and the platform requires every character to be 18+.

Who SugarLab is for, and who should skip it

It makes sense if you mainly want images, like controlling them with tags and settings, and want to try before committing: daily free tokens and a 7-day refund window (up to 200 tokens used) make the first week fairly low-risk.

Skip it if you mostly want to chat: the free chat ends after 5 messages, and chat isn’t SugarLab’s focus. Also skip it if you want to see prices before signing up, or if a six-year data retention period bothers you.
